Four Seasons at Westshore

Nestled near quiet farmland, Four Seasons Westshore is only minutes from bustling downtown Sacramento, the capital of California. Located in the growing Natomas region, this age-restricted (55+) community of active adults is a gated enclave of nearly 600 homes within the larger 50-acre master-planned community of Westshore.

At the center of activity is the Lodge, which features a large ballroom, gym, yoga studio, library, movie theater, billiards, and card room. A separate Clubhouse offers table tennis and an arts and crafts room.

Outdoors, there’s a resort-style swimming pool and spa, large seating area around a fireplace, barbecue area, and several sports courts, including tennis, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. Walking and biking trails wind around the 26-acre lake and community parks.

Management

Every owner in this 593-home community of single-family homes is a member of the Four Seasons at Westshore Community Association, with access to all the common area amenities while being subject to its rules. An elected, volunteer board of directors governs the Association and contracts with a professional community management company to oversee the community and carry out the board’s directives. Committees, made up of community volunteers, assist the board.
