REAL ESTATE SIGNAGE RULES

A. “FOR SALE” OR “FOR RENT” SIGNS

The CC&Rs gives the Board of Directors permission to adopt limitations on signs to the extent permitted by law, including restrictions on the size of the signs, the duration of their posting, and their location. Consistent with these regulations, the Board of Directors has approved the following standards for “For Sale” or “For Rent” signs. Members listing their lots with a real estate agent are responsible for ensuring that the agent complies with these standards.

1. The sign for the purpose of selling or renting a residence must be of customary design and reasonable dimensions and may not exceed nine (9) square feet in size.

2. Only one “For Sale” or “For Rent” sign is permitted per lot.

3. The top of the sign shall not exceed five (5) feet above ground level.

4. Signs shall not be placed on Association property.

B. OPEN HOUSE SIGNAGE

1. Members (or their real estate agents) wishing to advertise an open house at theirpro perty address for the purpose of selling their residences must use a sign which conforms as follows: (1) no larger than 18” x 30”, and (2) the words “Open House”.

2. Only one (1) Open House directional sign per agent, per street corner, will be allowed. Except for the preceding, no signs are permitted on Association property.

3. A member may display an Open House sign as described above on real property owned by others only with their consent.

4. Members featuring open house activities are prohibited to display flags, banners or balloons.

5. The Association may remove and dispose of signs not complying with the Community Rules.
