Four Seasons at Westshore

Community Context

Welcome to our friendly community for active adults aged 55 and over! We hope that the following information will be useful to you as a potential buyer. We would love to have you join us!

OVERVIEW OF THE COMMUNITY
Developers K Hovnanian and Lennar built 593 single-family homes as part of the Four Seasons at Westshore Community Association from 2007 through 2019. Homes offer two or three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and attached two-car garages.

The gated community sits on property that includes a man-made lake shared with the neighboring Westshore HOA. A permanent open-space preserve that includes Fisherman’s Lake lies just beyond the Four Seasons end of the lake, letting us experience nature almost in our backyards. Within Westshore is a community garden, dog park, and two city parks.

Life in Four Seasons at Westshore supports an easy lifestyle. The community offers a variety of activities, including pickleball, interest groups, fitness classes, and special events and programs. The HOA takes care of landscaping for the common areas and residents’ front yards, and handles development and upkeep of all the amenities.

The HOA is self-governing, with all seats on the Board of Directors filled by homeowners. Five on-site staff professionally manage the community.

NATOMAS COMMUNITY
Four Seasons at Westshore is a part of the larger Natomas community in the northwest area of Sacramento. This convenient location offers easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, library, health care and travel.

In Natomas, retail offerings are plentiful. Raleys, BelAir, Safeway, Sprouts Farmers Market, Costco, BestBuy, and Target, Home Depot and plenty more are only a short distance away. Two interstate highways lead to destinations north, south, east and west: the snow and Lake Tahoe, San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, or the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. The airport lies only 10 minutes away from the community.

Downtown Sacramento—just a short drive down Interstate 5— has restaurants, Golden 1 Arena with concerts and Sacramento Kings basketball, the Sophia/B Street Theater, and plenty of smaller venues.
