OVERVIEW OF THE COMMUNITY
Developers K Hovnanian and Lennar built 593 single-family homes as part of the Four Seasons at Westshore Community Association from 2007 through 2019. Homes offer two or three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and attached two-car garages.

The gated community sits on property that includes a man-made lake shared with the neighboring Westshore HOA. A permanent open-space preserve that includes Fisherman’s Lake lies just beyond the Four Seasons end of the lake, letting us experience nature almost in our backyards.
